1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Trucking Help Center (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the truckinghelpcenter.com website. Trucking Help Center is a free-to-use platform that provides information through our categorized data directory, guides, resources, and blogs about the trucking industry. We provide information on truckers, brokers, shippers, businesses, shops, and services.

3. User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including valid MC Numbers where applicable) during the registration process.

4. User Generated Contributions & Ownership

The Site may invite you to contribute to or participate in blogs, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site (collectively, "Contributions").

Ownership of Contributions

By submitting any Contributions (including directory listings, reviews, comments, or blog posts) to the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Trucking Help Center claims full ownership of these Contributions. You hereby assign to us all rights, title, and interest in and to the Contributions, including all intellectual property rights. We shall own exclusive rights and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Contributions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
• Submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Post false reviews or inaccurate business information regarding truckers, brokers, or shippers.
• Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services without our express authorization.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Virginia and the United States of America.
